- 1962 President William Huang raised NT$2.5 million to establish the company to produce knitted and leather gloves.
- 1989 Invested 3 nonwoven production lines of Germany's Reifenhauser including 3.2M Spunbond, 4.2M Spunbond and 3.2M Meltblown.
- 1990 3.2M Spunbond machine was installed and begun mass production.
- 1991 4.2M Spunbond and 3.2M Meltblown machine was installed and begun mass production.

Invested Germany's Reinfenhauser 4.2M SMMS fine denier composite nonwoven production line.
The company's shares are publicly offering and listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation. - 2002 4.2M SMMS fine denier composite nonwoven production line was installed and begun mass production.
- 2009 Invested first set of 3.2M SS Spunbond nonwoven production line at Xiamen plant.
- 2011 Invested second set of 3.2M SS Spunbond nonwoven production line at Xiamen plant.
- 2017 Second set of SS nonwoven production line at Xiamen plant has been transformed into SMS composite nonwoven production line.
- 2018 Expanded Tainan new plant: a five floors plant building was built on a 7,738 square meter site with floor area 18,000 square meters.
- 2019 Purchased first set of 1.6M Meltblown nonwoven machine and HEPA high-end filter media production line.

Flat face mask machines: acquired a conditional donation of 10 sets from the government and invested 17 sets. Total are 27 sets.
Purchased 2nd to 4th set of 1.6M Meltblown nonwoven machine and HEPA high-end filter media production line. - 2021 Purchased 4 sets of 3D face mask machines, 2 sets of customized flat face mask machines and air filter related lamination equipment.

Invested a multifunctional activated carbon sprinkling composite machine and pleating machine.
Improved PP recycled equipment to produce PIR &PCR PP resin.
