Internal Audit
Universal Incorporation’s internal audit is an independent unit directly under the Board of Directors. In addition to regular Meeting Reports, Internal Audit must report to the Chairman, the General Manager, and supervisors.
The Company’s internal audit unit is composed of one (1) full-time audit supervisor and one (1) agency auditor.
